Anti-Fraud & Security Policy
Last Updated: September 2026
1. Prohibition of Stolen or Hijacked Accounts
Sellers must possess full legal and administrative ownership of all channels listed. Any attempt to sell compromised, phished, or reclaimed accounts results in an immediate permanent ban, forfeiture of pending balances, and submission of IP records to cyber-security authorities.
2. No Bot Traffic or Artificial Metrics Injection
Listings featuring artificial subscriber spikes, click-farm bot views, or inorganic engagement meant to deceive buyers will be rejected during verification. We use historical analytics tools to audit views-to-engagement ratios.
3. Off-Platform Communication & Fee Evasion
Attempting to conduct deals outside CreatorNova Escrow (e.g. asking for direct WhatsApp, Telegram, or PayPal transfers) violates our safety policy. Deals conducted outside our middleman system forfeit all buyer/seller protection guarantees.
4. Post-Sale Account Recovery Prohibition
Attempting to use Google Recovery, older 2FA codes, or Meta ID submission to recover an asset after receiving payout constitutes criminal fraud. CreatorNova holds detailed transaction logs and verified identification to aid legal arbitration.
