Terms of Service & Escrow Agreement

1. Digital Asset Escrow Terms

By using CreatorNova, Buyers and Sellers agree that all financial transactions for listed YouTube channels, Facebook pages, and other digital properties must be routed exclusively through CreatorNova Escrow.

2. Seller Warranties & Zero-Strike Policy

Sellers represent and warrant that they have legal authority to transfer the listed property. Hidden copyright strikes, disabled monetization, bot/fake followers, or refusal to transfer Primary Ownership constitutes immediate breach and results in 100% refund to the Buyer.

3. Buyer 24-Hour Inspection Period

Buyers are granted a mandatory 24-hour inspection window following the Admin's delivery of credentials. During this period, the Buyer must verify channel standing and report any discrepancy via the Dispute portal.

4. Platform Commission Fees

CreatorNova charges a platform middleman fee on every completed escrow order. Fees are automatically calculated and deducted upon payout release.

5. Anti-Circumvention

Users who attempt to take deals off-platform or transact outside CreatorNova escrow forfeit all buyer/seller protections and face permanent account termination.
