Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Buyer Refund Eligibility

Buyers are entitled to a 100% full refund of their escrow deposit under any of the following circumstances:

• The seller fails to provide valid credentials or send the Brand Account Manager invitation within 48 hours of payment.
• The channel contains active copyright strikes, community guideline warnings, or disabled monetization not disclosed in the listing.
• The seller revokes Manager permissions during the 7-day Google waiting period.
• The asset statistics (views, subscribers, niche) were materially misrepresented or artificially inflated.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Once a buyer has received Primary Owner status, confirmed the channel in YouTube Studio, and clicked "Release Payment", the transaction is irreversible and final. Refunds cannot be issued after the seller's wallet has been credited.

3. Dispute Resolution Timeline

When a dispute is opened, our middleman arbitration team reviews evidence within 24 hours. If a refund is approved, funds are credited back to the buyer's balance or original payment method immediately.
